Unexpected Payments

Have you seen a payment you don't recognise? At Crumb, we make it easy to locate your invoices to learn more about your payments. In this guide we will explain what payments you may see during your time with Crumb and how to locate your invoices to learn more about each one.

What charges can I expect?

Postage
When you initially order your tag(s), you will need to pay a small postage fee.

Subscription Fees (Premium and Premium Plus members only)
If you are a Premium or Premium Plus member, then each month you can expect a subscription charge. The price of which will vary based on which plan you have chosen and your local currency.

To learn more about pricing, please reference the "My Services" section of your Crumb dashboard.

How can I check my invoices?

Log into your owner dashboard

Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.

Head over to My Services Pets tab

In the top right-hand corner, you will see the email address that you have logged in with. Please click on your email, then select My Services.

To locate the My Services tab, you will need to access your Crumb dashboard from a desktop/laptop.

Navigate to the Invoices tab

Underneath the heading "My Services" in the top-left hand side, you will see 3 tabs, "Overview", "Payment Methods", and "Invoices". To view your invoices, please click on "Invoices".

View and download Invoices

Here you will be able to see a list of every invoice for every transaction asscoiated with your account. You can also see the invoice amount and the date that the invoice was generated.
