Payment Failures

Have you just received an email that your payment didn't go through? In order to prevent any disruptions to your service, please follow the instructions below on how to update your payment information and reactivate your subscription:

Log into your owner dashboard

Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.

Click "Reactivate"

On the homepage you will see button labelled "Reactivate". Please go ahead and push this button.

Edit payment information

You will now be able to review and update the payment information that is currently on your account.

Confirm any changes

Once the required changes have been made, please click update. We will then attempt payment again, if successful then your subscription will be reactivated.
