How to Disable Auto-Renewal

We understand that life is unpredictable and you may need to put your subscription on pause. To put pause your subscription is simple and can be done from directly within your Crumb dashboard.

Log in to Your Crumb Account

Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.

Navigate to My Services

In the top right-hand corner, you will see the email address that you have logged in with. Please click on your email, then select My Services.

If you do not see "My Services", please make sure you are viewing from a desktop/laptop.

Locate your subscription

From this page, you will be able to see all the features enabled on your account. Under "Primary Services", you will be able to see your Crumb Premium subscription. On the right-hand side, you will see a button labelled "Manage", please click this button.

Manage your subscription

After clicking Manage, you will be able to see your renewal date. You will also a see button to the right labelled "Cancel", please click this button.

Verify your identity

As an extra layer of security, an email will be sent to the email address registered on the account containing a code. In order to proceed with the cancellation of the account you will need to enter this code. Once the code has been entered, please click "Verify Identity".

Confirm cancellation

This is the final step before the cancellation is complete. Here all you need to do is confirm the cancellation by clicking the button on the bottom right-hand side.

Don't throw your tags out!

Even though you have now cancelled your subscription, your tag will still have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing cycle.

After that, your tag will still show a basic pet profile including your name and contact information, which will be invaluable when trying to be reunited with your lost pet as quickly as possible.

Ready to reactivate?

All you need to do in order to reactivate your Premium subscription is log back into your Crumb dashboard and click "Reactivate". It's as simple as that!
